We stumbled upon SLV Brewing Company while traveling through Colorado and were delighted. The beers we tried were complicated and delicious. Our food was also top notch. It was Friday evening and they were very busy, but the wait staff did their best to keep up. There was a nice variety on the menu: something for everyone. more

This was a random pick but an excellent overall dining experience for my wife and me in this small town that is convenient for Great Sand Dunes National Park visitors.
