I was impressed with the size and landscape of this zoo. It is very green and lush. We arrived late but had about three hours to enjoy this wonderful zoo. Really combines the zoo with a vast garden. The zoo starts at the bottom of a slope and climbs to the top about two kilometers later. Usual zoo fare but exceptional areas include the Taiwan species area and the penguin compound at the top of the zoo.... more
