Been on Singapore Flyer in the beginning of September when F1 track looked like half mess half spoiled child playground. Actually I expected the same experience as on any observation deck/wheel across Asia. In result I`ve got more. On the deck it usually takes you 3 minutes to get a circle around to understand you have nothing to do more... more

Just found a fantastic new thing in Singapore. Went to the Singapore Flyer for a trip on the wheel - not much to see (except new F1 track) the rest looks like a work in progress but there is a shop inside the flyer building called Flight Experience. It's a real flight simulator like pilots use for training but anyone... more

Took a ride in the Singapore Flyer late afternoon on August 1st which is a perfect time as on our ascent we had a daytime view and the sun had set by the time we were descending. As an avid fan of the London Eye, my expectations were high and I wasn't disappointed. Your photo (in the capsule) is taken... more

We went on the Flyer during a 4-day visit to Singapore in late June/early July, and are very glad we did - it was wonderful half an hour. You get a fantastic panoramic view of Singapore and you can even see over to Indonesia! The only bad thing was that our digital camera died before we got to the highest... more

I went in late morning of a clear day when it was on the quiet side with no queue and staff out numbering clients. I heard the locals preferred and could only went at night time. The experience is... more

I rode the Flyer a few weeks after it opened, and had a Pod to myself - nice. Fantastic views, you are very aware of just how high you are. The two negatives, that should not stop you from riding it; 1 Singapore is just not that big, there is limited 'scenery' to see from the Flyer. 2. The piped... more

Sunday 2nd March 2008 and the first day of operation. We had booked our tickets for the Inagural Flight over the internet about 3 weeks before and were looking forward to going on the "worlds largest" - until the one in Beijing opens- observation eye. Everything was very efficient and quick from the moment you arrived to the moment you... more
