We (two couples) took a day trip from Mendoza to Aconcaqua, the highest mountain in the Andes. We were especially fortunate to have Trout and Wine owner, Charlie O"Malley as our guide. Irish, but with seven years in South America and settled into Mendoza, he has an interesting outsider's view of Argentina. He has a big fund of local knowledge.... more

Our tours are fun and informative with the emphasis on great wine, food and conversation. We also do private wine tours and fly fishing excursions in the Andes. This excursion in Mendoza, Argentina was a perfect way to get out of the city and see some of the countryside and beautiful terrain of Lujan de Cuyo in Mendoza, Argentina. On the recommendation of some other travellers, we booked ourselves a wine tour with trout and wine based in the centre of Mendoza in the Peatonal Sarmiento.
