Wow!!! This is a must see when visiting La Jolla. Simply amazing.....gorgeous.....awesome!! We walked around a bit and sat and just watched the waves hitting the interesting rock formations and the kayakers. Next visit we will be doing some kayaking! The coast is really nice, and provides great scenery and a nice walk. However, skip the tunnel under the store. It takes only 10 minutes to go downstairs and come back up. It's cramped, damp, and smelly. more

(After a brief closure, the tunnel reopened to the public in 1998.) The other six... more

The fee for "The Cave" was not worth it - I expected to walk down the cave and be able to explore the area at the bottom but the trip ends on a fenced deck.... more
