My wife & I took our kids on our first family camping trip last year to Muskegon State Park. Absolutely beautiful. Nice, clean restrooms and VERY spacious and woodsy campsites. Close to Lake Muskegon & Lake Michigan.We're going back again this summer. more

We went to the State Park in Muskegon and had a great time fishing at the channel and at Snug Harbour in the County park. We stayed at a motel just outside the enterence to the park called Snug Harbour. It has been remodeled and was very clean and comfortable.Resonable rates and friendly staff. I just got back from a most wonderful stay at Muskegon Park!! This is my new favorite vacation spot!! The beach is so clean and clear waters!! Very peaceful! And nice facilities! My only advice is, take bug spray! The flies are insane! more
