After living in Las Vegas for just over 10 years now, I have not seen the factory, but the chocolates are 2die4!!! My husband won a box on the local radio station several years back and it was a 1 1/2 pound box he then gave to me.......ok, I kinda had a gun to his head, so to speak. lol.... more

The Chocolate tour was about 100 steps with 3 windows to look through.. Wish it was longer. The tour is free because a piece of chocolate is $1.50 a piece. I paid $5.00 for one chocolate covered strawberry and my sister paid $10.00 for a chocolate covered apple! If you really want Ethel M Chocolate save yourself the aggravation of... more

This place was kind of neat. In the "tour" part you walk down a hallway with windows looking in at the chocolate miaking machinery. Just make sure to go in the morning during the weekdays to make sure you get to see them in operation. There are also signs with information on the history of chocolate and the chocolate making... more

Not exactly what we were expecting but worth it if you have never been. The chocolate factory tour is self guided and most of the action was in the back, but there were workers in the area and they were very willing to answer questions. The tour is short but at the end you are offered a sample of their... more

I go to Las Vegas at least once a year, and never leave without visiting the Ethel M candy store, located on the strip in the arcade that houses the M&M shop. There's also an Ethel M at the Las Vegas airport. Ethel M makes luscious chocolate covered bonbons in fabulous flavors like raspberry, chocolate, mocha and my favorite, a... more

The cactus garden was great but the factory tour was a dud. Just a very short walk along one glass wall and a small free sample- you didn't even get to pick as the hostess handed you the samples from the tray. Interesting choices in candies but very expensive. In my opinion See's and Russell Stover's is better and much... more

This place is a total waste of time. The "tour" consists of walking down a hallway which is about forty feet long while you peer through glass onto the factory floor where absolutely nothing is going on at all. The hallway then ends into the gift shop where they try to sell you overpriced chocolates. Avoid this place at all... more

We visited the factory last year on the weekend and saw no manufacturing. This year we went in the morning and during the week. It was a disappointment. You saw very little of the manufacturing. Out in the store we were given one piece of chocolate. The prices have gone up. We did not see the catus garden on this... more

Hard to find within the industrial area close to Henderson, but the trip was worth it! They close at about 7pm so it is a nice refreshing stop after visiting Hoover dam (so hot there!) or other border day attractions. Yet, if you want to see the factory working, come in early. The factory is fitted with wide glass windows... more

Having been to America several times I already knew that I wasn't keen on American chocolate but this tour was included with another tour to the Hoover Dam and I thought the actual manufacturing process might be interesting. We visited the factory in the afternoon and boy what a disappointment. First of all the manufacturing had stopped for the day... more
