After 3 years and one day my husband and I saw our first sunset together here in cape may. And it was amazing!!!! Lovely spot for romance. And remberence for those who have protected our freedom. Excellent little grill to munch on a pretzel plus a cute shop to buy some cape may diamonds.... more

Absolutely beautiful sunset! We were just there last night and after viewing 10 years of gorgeous sunsets at a little beach near Gosman's in Montauk over the Block Island Sound, have found some fierce competition!! A must see when visiting Cape May! more

My boyfriend and I went to Sunset Beach first thing in the morning on our second day in Cape May. We parked in the lot and walked out onto the beach where we took in the view, snapped some pictures of the Alantus and combed the beach for Cape May Diamonds. My wife and I went to Sunset Beach on a suggestion from a friend. It is a terrific location for viewing the sunset over the Delaware River. There is a small grill to get something to eat and a couple of gift shops where you can pick up some very unique gifts. Just prior to sunset they hold a flag... more

Sunset beach is wonderful anytime of the day, whether it be sunrise, miday or sunset. There is a great outdoor grill with seating right on the beach where you can relax and watch the beach goers and quite often dolphins. The concrete ship rests in the water not too far off shore. There are great shops and ample parking along... more

Sunset beach is absolutely beautiful. The flag lowering ceremony is a little bit long and hard to sit through but it is definitely worth the trip to check out. Sunset beach is the best....the beach is gorgeous, not too crowded, they have shops there, cape may diamonds on the beach that you can find and take home. You can see the concrete ship in the ocean ..and the sunsets are beautiful, and you can see them best at sunset beach, Also, you're in walking distance to the cape may... more
