We also paid Chris Shiah of the Niagara Wedding Chapel for a wedding ceremony which we didn't receive. DO NOT deal with this man. After trying to contact him for 2 weeks straight preceeding our upcoming wedding, we had to book another ceremony to ensure that all our guest wouldn't travel all that way for nothing.
