When visiting Vancouver, WA you really need to take the time to meander thru the beautiful Officer's Row and all the adjacent historic sites nearby. I remember my first time going here, it was on a school field trip and I loved it! The staff is dressed up in period dress costumes to match the fort, and the tour takes you the different building that have been reconstructed to look like it did back in the day when John McLoughlin ran the fort.
