I stayed here for 6 nights during a business trip to Tokyo. Very close to Shibuya station, making it easy to catch the subway/taxis for appointments. You can also take the Narita Express to/from Narita Airport (direct in the mornings and evenings). The hotel room was very small but that's normal in Japan. It had free and fast internet access.... more

For Shibuya the location is perfect. Half a block from the JR a block from Shibuya Crossing, near shopping, bars and restaurants. Yet, as other reviewers have mentioned the rooms are quiet - no street noise. In addition to a great location the rooms are comfortable and clean. I stayed at Shibuya Tokyo Inn based on the reccommendations of the reviews and I couldn't have chosen a better hotel. The staff at the check in counter were friendly and, even though their english wasn't top notch, they were more than willing to provide advice and assistance whenever we needed. We intentionally choose to stay in Shibuya because of the young & trendy culture here. Also want a hotel that is next to the JR station & the ‘crossing’ - the area's major action spot.
