We just got back from Aruba. We were there July 9-13, too short. We had a great time. We stayed last year at the Marriott Stellaris, using miles, so we did the same this time. We didn't notice the construction at all. Our room was beautiful, much better then last year before the renovations. We had an ocean view room... more

My girfriend and myself stayed at the Marriott over a quick 4-day trip to Aruba and loved every minute. Rooms: We stayed on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool area. The balcony was very large and great, although we didn't use it much, since we try to avoid being in our room at all costs...who goes on vacation to sit... more

My fiancé and I stayed at the Marriott Resort for 4 nights, May 29-June 2 and we loved it. It was our first time in Aruba. I would say that the hotel is a 4 star hotel. We had actually wanted to stay at the Hyatt, but we were able to get a really great deal at the Marriott. The... more

I'll start by saying we got a great deal on this stay through Priceline and it was worth every penny. Pros: Room - Brand new, large bathrooms, walkin closets, nice sized balcony. Casino - Our favorite in Aruba (and largest) Pool - Very nice and good happy hour (3pm to 5pm) Beach - On the nicest section in Palm Beach... more

Exactly what I would expect from a Marriott, comfortable and accomodating. Everything with our stay went well and the room was decent. **Bring a Float for the Ocean! Get out to the huts on the beach around 7:30am for reservations of the ocean side huts. The North tower is undergoing renovations right now but you hardly notice it. The swim... more

Having been to Aruba 15 years ago staying at a hotel that will remain unmentioned - this vacation surpassed my expectations in all ways. This hotel is gorgeous, the staff is incredibly friendly, there is no shortage of places to eat, and the pool and beach are impeccably maintained. I had one minor problem that was quickly addressed and fixed... more

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was absolutely delightful. Excellent location at the end of the high-rise hotel strip and on an picturesque beach, we had such a great time. The hotel staff was very very nice, accomodating and thorough. Anything we asked for was taken care of immediately. We had a faulty drain in the tub that... more

We arrived at the Stellaris with a bit of trepidation because there was construction going on (renovation of North Tower). Upon entering the lobby we did not see one sign of construction anywhere. We were overjoyed when we received an upgrade to a ocean view deluxe room (not sure if it is because I am an elite Marriott Rewards member... more

We just returned from a 5 day trip to Aruba yesterday and we had a wonderful time. The Marriott property is clean and mostly updated, with a gorgeous beach. The construction noise was periodically distracting, but you sort of forgot about it after a while. They are still working on the hotel so we lost a/c for a few hours... more

My husband and I stayed at the Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino from May 23-May 30, 2008. Although this hotel was under construction I cannot say enough great things about our stay. I’ll start from the beginning… We arrived to the hotel around 1:30 PM and with a check in time of 3 PM our room was obviously not... more
