Astwood is situated a fun moped ride from Town, this self contained private property on the South shore is exactly what we all needed to explore the Island and Waters as well and relax. Special thanks to Linda B. for the reference. We intend to return as a group soon. Talk to you folks soon. Thanks Very Much, Stephen Scheuer,... more

Astwood met every need we had. Friendly people. The pool in April was chilly but not enough to prevent Canadians from jumping in and snorkeling. BBQ access was great-home cooked bar-b in Bermuda. Everything clean and great little beach to walk down to and explore. Walking distance to really nice restaurant but shop in Hamilton for supplies. more

My family has returned to Bermuda every summer for the past 20 years. We love Bermuda and we have stayed at Astwood Cove for about 10 out of the 20 times (we have also cruised and stayed at the Wyndam, Grotto Bay, Aunt Neas, Banana Beach, Elbow Beach). We loved Astwood Cove because of it's quaint intimate feel and prime... more

Astwood Cove is a great value, considering the cost of other hotels on the island. The property is quaint and clean, however with dated finishes and furniture. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were surprised by a few extras we didn't expect - like full-size beach towels refreshed daily. And full maid service... we assumed that since it was... more

We first went to Bermuda in 1993. On our fourth trip to Bermuda in 2004, we booked the Astwood Cove because we have young kids and we wanted the convenience of a sofa bed, kitchen and grill. We were also hoping for a more genuine local flavor than you might get at a major resort hotel. We were not looking... more

I made a reservation at Astwood Cove for a recent New Year's vacation. I had first stayed there when I visited Bermuda 2 years ago, and I loved it so much that I didn't hesitate to book this time (though I was sad to see a couple of recent negative reviews). As soon as I stepped inside the apartment what... more

After reading the reviews on Trip Advisor and looking at the Astwood Cove website, I booked a visit in Aug. 2004. My wife and I have been to Bermuda numerous times and have stayed at various establishments on the island. We have stayed at the big hotels, medium hotels and bed and breakfasts. This time, I brought the rest of... more

If your ideal Bermuda vacation includes staying at a resort like Elbow Beach, where there's a guard at the entrance 24 hours a day and a list of luxuries and conveniences as long as your arm, don't even think about booking a room at Astwood Cove. But if you want a comfortable room in a great location and a friendly... more

USE CAUTION- My husband and I stayed here last year and it was a disaster. The owners of the property had left on holiday and they put 4 twenty year olds in charge of all the guests and the property. They were up all night partying, blaring music and drinking that started at 8am. It wouldn't matter if you could... more

We love Astwood Cove apartments. Where Bermuda is decidely pricy, this accomodation is very reasonably priced. We love the casual, laid back atmosphere, the beautiful pool and the nearness to a most secluded beach. We're coming back as often as we can. more
