We stayed six days, five nights and we were ready to go home from day ONE! It took them over 3 hours to get us in our room. The front desk staff seemed as though they did not have a clue of what they were doing (like it was their first day one the job with no training). When we... more

I used to be a regular stayer at the Sunset Jamaica Grande, however it seems to have gone down hill RAPIDLY! The rooms are appallingly shabby (I was moved 3 times). When you are spending £000s you expect something decent. This hotel is just Butlins (before the makeover) in another country. The rooms are shabby, the food is BAD apart... more

This was a super inclusive resort. Great family get-away. We took our 4 and 6 year old children over Easter holiday. They totally enjoyed the Kids' club area. I felt very comfortable letting them stay and play with the very caring staff. They had great activities for them and was very organized. We could look over the schedule of events... more

My Boyfriend and I stayed at the Sunset Jamaica Grande for 7 nights from 6th July - 13th July, uopn arrival we were really impressed, it is a very beautiful resort. Check in was efficient and we were served with a fruit punch upon arrival. After reading some of the reviews on here we decided to ask for a room... more

just returned from 2 weeks at sunset grande, travelling with my partner and daughter aged 16. We had a great time with plenty of things to do for us all. The speciallity restaurants are good but dont worry as the buffet resturants cater for everyone (even fussy eaters like me). If you are planning any excursions try using the local... more

My husband and I had a ball. The place was fab. Was it the best? No. Did it have faults? yes. But I believe you can find the best and worst in anything. Mainly it was one of the best times we had in our lifes. Only complain would be the elevators., very slow at times. We stayed at the... more

First of all, this was the best deal I've ever gotten on travel. Might as well tell you all so you don't get ripped off: $1200 per person for a full week including airfare. So just from the start, this was good. My boyfriend and I were celebrating a few things and were badly in need of some R&R. This... more

This hotel desperately requires some renovation. We stayed in room 1407 south tower and the ceiling tiles were falling down. All throughout the hotel you could see wear & tear. Also you must ask yourself , why all the security around this complex. We discovered constant hassle when we turned left at the end of the hotel drive into the... more
