I made sure to specifically ask for a double room/non smoking when I made the reservation and I had gotten confirmation that that room type was gaurenteed. However, when I got there, they were over booked and had to stay in a smoking room and only got $20 knocked off my stay. Not to mention the people at the front... more

Stayed at this Courtyard pre-cruise for one night. Upgraded to a suite using points. Well worth the upgrade, but the hotel itself was in good condition and the staff was helpful. The Suite room was large and comfortable with a seperate sitting area. Large closet and small but well appointed bathroom. All in all a good deal for the money... more

Just recently some friends and myself stayed at this HOTEL... Let me say that I was truley disappointed at the way the front desk personal in PARTICULAR "OSVALDO" of the night shilft...He would have a prblem bringing extra towels and sheets and would make us go downstairs to pick them up.. but that's not all... he also gave me attitude... more
