Ted's Apartments is just one block off the main road of Esperance...good because bar/restaurants can be noisy. Ted is there if you need him, but nothing but privacy if you don't. Cleanest place I've ever stayed in. Privacy fencing and covered parking for rental cars. He provides beach chairs, coolers, etc. Rooms were large, furniture in good shape, air conditioners... more

ted is cool! the room we stayed in was big and close to the hangout areas. if youre going here rent a car from him, it would get pretty boring if you dont have a car, but will be the best trip ever if you do. more

We stayed in Ted's Apartment #1 for a week and loved it. Large, clean, quiet and centrally located in Esperanza, 1/2 block from the malecon. Plenty of towels, kitchen with dishes, refrigerator, microwave and range and a comfortable bed. Also a large deck for dining and sunning. Ted even offered his washer and dryer for our use. more
