The Sandals experience (at Regency) is overrated on the TV commercials that you see. However, it was a very nice resort and St Lucia is a wonderful destination! Overall a great stay at Sandals, although the staff is on "St. Lucia Time," meaning that don't be in a hurry for anything, especially housekeeping!! If you need something right away let them know!
