Overall I cannot believe this hotel is rated 4*. The accomodation is very poor. We went along with 2 children and feel that we were duped by the brochure. we paid approximately £8000, and this was definitely way too much. We were told the whole hotel had been reburbished, which was totally untrue! The bathrooms were disgusting and were not... more

We stayed at Smugglers Cove for 10 days at the end of September and had a fantastic time. We'd read the recent reviews on the hotel and were sceptical but decided to see for ourselves. The hotel wasnt full and there were plenty of sunbeds and 4 pools to choose from as well as the beach. The food was great... more

where do i start, at the time i went there was construction going on, staff were nice. but i had a number of problems with the construction the pool not working no water in the shower and so on things were just not ready to accomodate guest. in the future i think they should give some thought before accepting guests... more
