The Lighthouse Villas is probably the best place to stay in Tortola if you don't like big resort hotels (I don't because you could be anywhere in the world). We stayed for 11 nights at the Lighthouse Villas in Penthouse #4. The rooms are spacious and the views are incredible. Bring binoculars to look at the boats, islands and the folks on the beach.
