we stayed at regal beach for one week in april 2005. we had a third floor oceanfront unit. the unit was tidy, spacious and furnished comfortably. it was by no means luxurious but favorably comparable to most other condo units we have rented. the views from the screened lanai (all lanai's are screened) are fabulous. sunset views over the caribbean... more

Dirty, overpriced, and rude staff. Poor quality beds that make loud noises everytime you turn over. Poor quality towels and maid service. No garbage disposal. Flouresant llghting. Small and dirty bathrooms. I wouldn't mind these things if I didn't pay $400 a night, they should be charging around $150 a night. This place is like an upscale motel! We also... more

My family and I jst got back from Grand Cayman. This time we stayed at the Regal Beach Club on Seven Mile Beach. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with the famed Caymanian hospitality. The General Manager, Marlene, and her assistant, Andrea were a breath of fresh air! We went to our condo and what a surprise.... more

My family and I stayed here and we thought it was great. The conodos are VERY spacious and clean. This is a great place for families. They do not have the amenities (i.e. concierge, bellhop, restaurant..) that a large hotel has but the huge room makes up for that. The pool area is nice and well maintained and the staff... more

We arrived on 3/26/2005. Our first impression was not good. The office was small, smelly and in need of some cleaning. Taken to our condo (unit 224), I was immediately shocked by the lack of cleanliness. The white walls were full of foot prints, hand prints etc. The light switches were dirtly, the tub grout had a serious mildew problem.... more

Just returned from a week in the G.C ... Have been visiting for a long time and have stayed at a few different places. Overall it is a decent place. The apts are clean and new, the pool is nice and the beach was also good. Snorkeling was not the greatest but it is closer to town so you can... more

We just got back from a ten day stay at the Regal Beach Condos. This was our second trip and even after Hurricane Hugo, the condos were perfect for us. The buildings sustained very little damage due to the hurricane because of their excellent construction. The ground floor units all had water damage which was not visible by the time... more

We (4 adults) planned a vacation to Grand Cayman ..little did we know that our January 2005 vacation would be compromised by Hurricane Ivan's destruction. Although our original destination, the Spanish Bay Reef was destroyed by Ivan; we were moved to the Regal Beach Condos. The condos were clean, beautifully maintained and exactly what we were looking for. We were... more

We spent a week in a 1st floor 2BR/2BA ocean front unit and while the view from our location was excellent, all of the units are layed out so as to receive a similar sense of personal privacy with the same beautiful ocean view front and center. The unit we had Unit(613)was like new - the floor plan was well... more

We had booked a vacation at the Regal Beach Club and were quite concerned when we read the poor review from a couple of months ago. We have just returned from a great trip and I would like to add my voice to the majority who had a fantastic experience at the Regal Beach Club. The condo was large and... more
