Clean and simple accomadation at a good price. Rooms have air conditioning and a Tv. It's located on the outskirts of Charlestown and is only about a 10 min. walk to the town center. The best part about the location is that your only about a 5 min. walk from the finest beach in Nevis, Pinneys beach. There is also... more

sea spawn guest house is a place where you feel welcome its very clean. you can get a comfortable room at an affordable price the location is great walk to the beach and the eateries. more

This is a very simple, clean guest house located steps away from Pinneys beach. The proprietor, Gary, could not be more helpful and kind. There are no TVs in the room, nor phones.
