This place is sooo charming, adorable, and cozy. It's a villa. You wouldn't even know that it's a hotel. It seems like you're staying in your own home. This place is family-owned. The workers are very nice. I love the vibrant colors of the hotel. This hotel is actually better looking than the pictures you see online. Usually it's the... more

An excellent find - recommended to us by Indigo Dive, which we would also highly recommend. Clean and quiet, with lovely gardens, pool and beach. Small kitchen annexe with fridge ( supplement of $10) made provisioning for our subsequent sailing holiday straightforward. more

The room are good the staff is friendly and the location is great (right on the beach). However the major downfall was the security at the hotel. The hotel does not post a security at the beach entrance of the hotel thus this allows certain undesirable caracters from the beach to come onto the pool deck and interupt guests while... more

We stayed at Beachcombers for two nights, one night before a our one week charter out of Bequia and another at the end of our trip. It has a lovely view of the Grenadines, it was clean, and the staff extremely helpful. We arrived late at 10:00 p.m. on the last flight from Barbados and while the kitchen was closed... more

My boyfriend and i have just returned from a very short trip to St Vincent and stayed at the Beachcomber for 1 night. We stayed in the penthouse suite which was extremely reasonable at about £150 (UK) bed and breakfast (reasonable for a penthouse but there are much cheaper rooms available!). The room was so nice we didn't want to... more

Such was my experience when I 1st stayed at the hotel in Feb '07 that I had no hesitation in staying a 2nd time around in May '07. The ambience, relaxed atmosphere coupled with the friendliness and hospitality of the team was truly an experience for a seasoned business traveller from the distant land of South Africa, used to requesting... more

I accompanied my husband on a business trip to St. Vincent and stayed at the Beachcomber Hotel. After reading the reviews, our expectations were not high. We were so suprised when we arrived. The staff could not have been more helpful, friendly and nice. Our room (deluxe) was large with plenty of storage space, clean and cheerful. We had a... more

I must say I am the queen of posh hotels, I would rather stay in the Fairmont then the Hyatt etc. so on a recent 10 day trip to St. Vincent to adopt our baby girl, we opted to stay in Bequia, it sounded so romantic however 2 nights with no air conditioning and $100 in cab fares I was... more

Management response from

Thank you Younger Traveller for your feedback and posting. We are delighted that you had such a great time and hope to host you and your family and friends also in the near future. Indeed a recent choppy water ground-swell churned things up at the beach and perhaps even brought in brackish South American River water which does happen once...
