I had to stay there since I arrived late nnight in Trinidad, and had an early flight next day. Rooms are filthy, noisy, and staff is very rude. Price is not cheap. I paid more than $ 100,00 and I expected a better hotel. Stay out of this hotel, and only use it as a Last Resort more

I have this review posted in the forums, but I want to make sure that everyone to Trip Advisor sees it. I am a very disgruntled traveler, who had the unfortunate experience, as many others before me has experienced, of staying at the Bel Air hotel. I read the reviews, this is why I am so mad at myself. My... more

Persons should stay away from this hotel. I am honestly telling you this is a rip off. I paid $ 134.00 for one night and the conditions was terrible. I did not sleep properly. I was embarassed after I booked with Expedia to stay here with my family. WARNING - STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL more

My wife and I had to book a night on our way back from Tobago, and boy, was that a mistake. This place reeks of neglect. Nasty public spaces hinted at what we'd experience in our room: torn, stained, and cheap beds/mattresses/linens, bare light bulbs, and a scary bathroom. These guys have a great scam going: charge over $100 per... more

Our flight was delayed 13 hours and the airline BWIA sent us to the Belair Hotel. They only sent the non local travelers. No wonder! They know better. Strangely i had considered a voluntary stop in Trinidad and had read some reviews about the hotel and thought it couldn't really be that bad. But in fact it was worse. The... more

Traveled in a group, had 3 rooms and each was unique in its own way. From the holes in the bathroom floor, 3 legged bed, dirty sheets, and the non-working AC we had a memorable stay. Definitely scarred for life on this one. The next trip we had the choice of going to Bel Air or driving an hour plus... more

I reserved a room online at the Belair because it was advertised to be less than 5 minutes from airport. Since we would be leaving next morning for Tobago this seemed like a real convenient location and the listing sounded good. Garden view and king size bed. We were shown to our room WOW Only two snakes lying on their... more

Absolutely awful and shabby looking rooms. Very unclean. We did not even want to shower. Left hotel the next morning even earlier than scheduled to. The linen was dirty and the beds were horribly lumpy. And they charge more than the Hilton!!! Daylight robbery. more

I read the reviews but, I told myself by now they ought to have their act together so, I went and booked a room, an overnight stay from a long flight from Houston with next day connection to St.Vincent. Please folks! Don't let the lovely pictures on the internet fool you. The place is a dump. As I entered, I... more

My friend and I had an early morning flight to Grenada, and so rather than travel too far from the airport we opted to stay at the Bel Air for convenience, despite the warning we've heard. After all, how bad could it be? PRETTY BAD!! The only portion of the hotel that was not terrible was the pool, next to... more
