The front desk staff and support staff were always kind and helpful with any request. While the web site picture reveal rooms with screened in porches, my studio was not provided with a screened in porch or garden views. My room had a very small balcony and overlooked the parking lot and dive shop. The screened porch was one of... more

My wife, and 2 other family members stayed here in late November and it was just stunning! I did all the reseach, checked the reveiws etc, but this place is actually better than that. We had a one bedroom suite in the formost building (not including the ocean front ones) on the 3rd floor. It was spacious, well equipped with... more

We've stayed here 3 times now and while it's not the most upscale or newest resort on the island, there is something to be said for experience and comfort. We have been upgraded to a more quality room every time we've stayed here. We were also comped for some meals and a rental car. The last time we booked a... more

Our family of five went together with another family of four to Ocean Club Resort on Provo, June 2004. It is located on the famous Grace Bay... the most beautiful calm beach I have EVER seen. I have since bought professional wall photos of the place... it is incrediably gorgeous and peaceful there. I have been to Cancun, Hawaii, Cabo,... more

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Ocean Club the first week of January 2006. It was our first vacation together and our first time to Turks and Caicos. It could not have been better! We had an incredible time. The Resort: Ocean Club is not luxurious, but it is very comfortable and served our purposes well. Our purposes being... more

Ocean Club: First, I’d like to say that this is a very quiet island. I went with two other women and we like to relax on the beach during the day and then get out at night and this island was a bit quiet for my taste. There was no area where you can go walk around in the evening... more

This place does not deserve a rating higher than a 3 star by western standards. Mediocrity is the rule and will strike you as the rule the moment you enter the place. The staff will lift their heads up for a brief smile but merely prefer to ignore you for most of the trip (compared to the other resorts i.e.... more

We stayed in Ocean Club East (verses Ocean Club West), which is the older of the two resorts, (which are owned and run by the same people and about a mile apart) While the rooms are spacious and provide great views, they are pretty basic. We made the mistake of sleeping with the "screened in porch" door open the first... more

Okay but a bit too bare bones for my liking. The rooms don't look nearly as warm and inviting as they do on the website, the door and window screens don't keep the mosquitos out (I got 6 bites on my first night), a queen bed is two twins pushed together and the headboard was not secure so it banged... more
