We chose this property for 2 nites, purely for the fact they'd take our pooch. We were assigned the Paros room. When I walked in the first thing I noticed was the broken floor length mirror and the curtains sagging from the rods. The bathroom 'mat' was actually an old mexican throw rug that should have been tossed along time... more

We spent 8 days in April at Hotel Mediterrane and were very pleased! Nicely decorated rooms, friendly, cooperative staff and they allowed pets! We found the hotel quiet and no traffic noise at all! Very secure setting. Also great restaurant with wonderful pizzas and other Italian selections! Great location in center of town for walking on the malecon and exploring... more

We were to stay at this site for 14 days. We arrived early afternoon and went to our room. The street noise was so bad that we could not even take a nap. The hotel is about 1/2 block from the very busy malecon (main street) and has 2 other streets near by. The windows are not thermalpane and therefore... more

We stayed for four nights in January 2006. This is a Greek-themed hotel, very near the beach, with plenty of character. Our room was quite small but comfortable and clean. The hotel is set just off the Malecon and so is relatively quiet but has easy access to the main attractions. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel... more

My Husband and I recently enjoyed a very relaxing vacation in beautiful La Paz, Mexico--thanks to the Hotel Mediterrane! Before leaving the states I made reservations at a B&B, but after the first night we found it not as described and checked out the second day. We were staying one week and location was important to us, as was a... more

This small hotel has a lot of character. The restaurant and bar were deserted the night we stayed, but the malecon and its many restaurants are just steps away. The location is one of the best features of this place. Our room was up one of the steep staircases, and was manageable--but would be difficult for people who are not... more

A thoroughly charming hotel just a few doors up from the beaten path. Courteous and helpful staff, everything you could want or need in a room, fabulous location, wonderful food...what more do you want? more

Anyone up for Italian or Swiss? By far the best food in all of the Baja! The place is a goldmine. What an incredible Chef this restaurant has. Not to mention the outstanding ownership team and extremely knowlegeable wait staff. I have been coming back for 6 years now and will continue until I am old and grey. If I... more

Perhaps it was a mistake to visit the Mediterrane after spending a few days in lush Todos Santos; but this hotel struck us as being like a storage locker, feeling tiny, cramped, and industrial. The saving grace is the terrific restaurant next door and the nice staff. Access to some second floor areas was via a treacherous, narrow, steel spiral... more

Stayed here this last week. Well-located, very clean, super nice staff. Took advantage of their bikes and kayaks on days I didn't fish, and of course their free internet access. Restaurant is very good, best bar in town...Paradise Found, is just around the corner. Eat at Palapa just up the street. Clean, great food and way too reasonable. Can't wait... more
