Six of us stayed here at the Pyramid tower. The food was the best we'd ever had, and we've stayed all over Mexico & D.R. It was a bit of an inconvenience to sign the cheque after every order; drinks, food etc even though it was all-inclusive. We had to pay $3 a bottle for water which wasn't included. Staff was... more

We just got back from our fifth visit to this hotel. It was a little too busy for us, but it is one of the busiest times of the year. A big shout out to Jesus at the main bar. Great service and a sincere guy. We checked out the great spa and golfed almost every day. The courses are... more

The Hotel does not live up to it´s reputation. I wouldn´t recomend it to anyone. It is way over priced for the service and quality that you get. The Acapulco Emporio is much better than this place. The food is highly over priced and not even worth it. more

Rooms are old and not very well cared for. Paid extra for a "remodelled" room and only got one of the old ones with a little paint. Had dinner at the buffet, overpriced and really bad food. The "Tiramisú" was nothing but a dab of whipped cream with cocoa on top. Asked the waiter for a bottle of red wine,... more

We stayed at the Acapulco Princess for 4 nights during Thanksgiving break. We took our 2 children and had 2 connecting rooms which were tastefully done and had a gorgeous view of the ocean! The staff was friendly and helpful. 5 Amazing pools and beach access was awesome! The girls loved riding horses on thebeach and we were able to... more

My wife and I had reserved and prepaid a 'oceanfront Jr. suite" through LuxuryLink 'a la carte' for a week. Fortunately I had printed out a description of the various rooms from the Fairmont website, as when we were shown our room it was on the back side of the Princessa tower, not oceanfront in the Pyramid or Marqessa as... more

We stay here as an add on to a cruise on the Island Princess. The hotel was built in the 70's and if you are critical showing some concrete fatigue. The rooms are a good English 3/4 all very large with twin queen beds, large walkin wardrobe, separate toilet/bath and separate double sinks area. The furnitur is tired cane but... more

We had stayed at the Princess in '98 and were looking forward to experiencing the Princess as a Fairmont property. We were not disappointed. The perfectly manicured grounds with the most beautiful mature vegetation, the beautifully furnished rooms, and the classic architecture combined with the Fairmont service made for an unforgettable stay. The food served in the Princess' Veranda and... more

I recently stayed at the Acapulco Princess together with my girlfriend. The hotel has a large room with a good bed. The furniture looks old and not well maintained. There are two pools (one was out of service) and the beach is good. What surprised me was to be charged 10 USD per day for the use of the gym,... more

We found this facility to be a delightful venue to use as a base for our stay in Acapulco. The beautiful grounds, attentive staff and interesting decor gave us the feel of a tropical oasis and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here with only a couple of small issues. We highly advise that you take advantage of thePresident's Club membership... more
