I absolutely loved the staying at the sherezada. My grandparents have a time-share there for more than 10 years. I've stayed there my last three visits to mexico. The employees are amazing. The place has improved with new furniture and tv sets. I would say stay here now. I live in Acapulco now during the winter. more

I loved it at first but they did a bait and switch on me 3 times. I finally ended up in a ground apartment but they did not spray for ants or keep the furniture repaired. The place was clean but only a view of the pool from all balconies. It was safe. I have not been there for 14... more
