The Quinta Real is in Punto Diamante, a new part of Acapulco between the Airport and the main strip. It has the advantage of a relatively secluded, clean and rather nice beach (unlike most other hotels in the area). What a place...we travel quite often and while we try not to be the "guests from H- - - "...we notice everything. I went to Quinta Real for my honeymoon. My husband and I fell in love with the place the moment we saw it. It is beautiful. The rooms were very big and nicely decorated. The food was very good but kind of pricey. The service was excellent. Everyone was extremely nice. The pool and the beach were gorgeous (huge waves).... more

My fiancee and I went here for the week including Valentine's Day 2004 and absolutely adored this wonderful resort. The scenery and the hotel are magnificent. The Qunita Real is a lovely hotel; private and perfect for a romantic getaway. We stayed there for two nights in 2002.
