Don't stay there, we were robbed by someone who works there! Money, gold watch, gameboy & games all stolen from our room. No sign of a forced entry. No one could help us, they barely speak English and the place is falling apart more

When I first arrived to the hotel , the driveway in front of the hotel was filled with cars and there was a long line of people. I would NOT recommend this hotel at all. It was filthy and uncomfortable. What a dump.........service, food, rooms, bathrooms, staff........my kids and hubby were sick........I can't believe anyone would consider this a good place to spend a holiday We went to fiesta to finish off our holiday but all in all our trip to acapulco was a disaster. more

I wont be elaborate but my wife and I went to this dump. Three years ago and have never gone back. (twin towers that is). We have been to Cancun P,V and ACA we like ACA best but would never again stay in that over rated dump I agree with the other postings in ref to service food and drinks.... more
