We stayed here over President's Day week and had a lovely time. The food was excellent, and the location is ideal. It is right in the heart of Ixtapa - on a beautiful beach and close to all the shops. The hotel staff was outstanding. The a la carte restaurants were all wonderful. My wife and I had a great time at this resort. We were kind of nervous about it after reading some negative reviews, but there's nothing to be nervous about. The weather was beautiful every day.
