Ok, it's not a 5 star by any means, and reading all these complaints, give me a break! The rooms have two balconies and are little over 1100 sqft. Room service operates from 11am -11pm. That's it, so no breakfast delivery you must go to downstairs to the restaurant NO BIG DEAL, that's why you are here. Time share issue....none.... more

I am a travel agent and this was my first time to the Pacific coast of Mexico. We had a two room suite which was very nice. A great ocean view from one of our 2 balconies. We requested 2 dbl beds in each room but ended up getting one king and 2 dbls. It all worked out okay though.... more

We have been there several times over the past four years. The hotel is great but the best part is the service. If you eat in the restaurant I highly recommend the seafood platter.
