We stayed at The Las Palmas for our Honeymoon from April 19-26, 2008 and we absolutely LOVED IT!!!!! I would rate the Las Palmas as a 3 star resort, but having said that the staff is awesome, the service, food and facilities are all great!! Juan, one of the Bartenders, is THE BEST!!!!!!! Take him for Cervasas after his shift... more

I stayed at the Las Palmas By The Sea Resort for 2 weeks, and the entire vacation was excellent. I felt very comfortable staying at this resort. The people are all very friendly, and are also a lot of fun to be around. The activity guides were awesome. They made it very easy to participate in every activity, they were... more

My boyfriend and I had an awsome week at Las Palmas! It's not a 5 star resort but it's a great 31/2 - 4. The staff are all very friendly, its clean, the food is pretty good for a buffet. Breakfast was the best meal, fresh fruit, omlets and waffles were great! Lunch and dinner were alright, I was hopeing... more

This was the first time we'd been to the western side of Mexico, and I have to say it was beautiful. We had a connection in Houston going and Detroit coming home, which made for a lot of travel time. Las Palmas was nice, clean, and drinks were plentiful. We ate the buffet every day, and I did notice most... more

We have just got back from a 2 week stay at Las Palmas , and have to say that it was worse than expected. Firstly let me say that we are not picky people , and have stayed in Mexico 3 times and are used to the harder beds , but these beds were unbelievable, literally like rock . They... more

I stayed at Las Palmas in PV and couldn't have asked for a better vacation! The hotel is awesome, especially the staff. Everyone tried really hard to make sure everyones needs were met. My room was clean every day. The bed was a bit on the hard side, a concrete slab with a mattress on top. However after a day... more

We have just returned from a week at Las Palmas by the Sea. The hotel covers all your needs in safe travel, and we have never experienced such incredible service before. We didn't want to leave the peace and tranquility of the hotel. We were just expecting a few nibbles but breakfast is a lovely continental spread with cheeses, fruit,... more

We went to Puerto Vallarta for the first time. We have 2 kids (12 year old girl, 15 yr old boy). The four of us stayed for 2 weeks. It was the best 2 weeks I think I've ever had. The kids had alot to do all the time. There were many activities through the rec coordinators so the kids... more

My wife and I stayed 2 weeks in an oceanview room. This room met our expectations as described and shown in the photos. The beds are very hard (mentioned before in tripadvisor) and found out near the end of our stay that an extra foamy can be added if you ask at the front desk. We were lucky enough to... more
