This was my 3rd stay at this hotel. While the hotel is beautiful, there were numorous problems with my check in. I had 3 rooms for myself and some relatives. Let me say that I am an experienced traveler and pretty familiar with PV - been there 5 times. That's my way of saying that I can be pretty fair and objective. We recently stayed at the Sheraton. The rooms have recently been redone and are beautiful. They have energy saving features which turn off the airconditioning if you don't leave a key in the slot.
