Stayed at many resorts in Puerto Vallarta and this is at the top. Grounds and pools are gorgeous and go on forever...and so does the walking. I have to mention it takes about 15 minutes to get from your room in Club Regina to the street. We were there a week and still had not mastered a quick way out.... more

The staff and security at the hotel did not seem to care that a member of the hotel staff STOLE a digital camera from the closet in our room. Booked via RCI exchange. Everything is painted hot pink! Had a great view of pool and bay, old, tired, musty yet clean room, small but functional kitchen area, worked for us.
