Just returned, and had a great time at the Sotavento. As noted in other reviews, this isn't an Americanized all inclusive resort. If you are expecting A/C, T.V. and windows, this isn't for you. The hotel is charming as it feels like a throwback to the 60s. The hotel is embedded into the cliffs and the beach below is quite beautiful.
