Frankly, we chose to stay at this B&B based upon reviews from this site and were terribly disappointed! The room was dingy and smelled musty. Casa Alegria was wonderful. I attended an Immersion school while in Cuernavaca and it was so nice to return and swim. The owners are fabulous, knowledgable of local attractions, and helpful. It is clean, comfortable, and elegant. Staying there made my trip enjoyable. more

We just returned from a three-night stay at Casa Alegria. The room was clean, spacious, and charming. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. When we arrived, my wife was sick, and the propietor arranged an immediate doctor visit for her (who paid a house call--she never had to get out of bed!). Highly recommended. more
