I spent two nights at Hotel Cervantes in November 2007. This five-storey hotel is totally uncharming and unattractive, with the look of a place for business travelers with tight budget constraints. Close to Centro, many attractions are within walking distance. City hotel: always felt safe on surrounding streets. Friendly, attentive staff but not all are English speakers.
