An amazing honeymoonEverything at this hotel was excellent. Food, Rooms, Service. Best hotel in Mexico more
My wife and I spent 4 night ,6/11 to 6/15 at the Sheraton. We were generally very happy with the room and service. As others have mentioned the hotel is in a good location with lots of sites with in walking distance. The concierge was friendly and helpful. The beds were very confortable. We only ate at one dinner at... more
I recently stayed at the Sheraton Centro Historico and really had no complaints. It is centrally located between two Metro stations and is walking distance to Palacio de Bellas Artes, Zocalo, Templo Mayor and much more. As a gold level Starwood member I was offered free internet service, however, I was disappointed with the Wi-Fi connection and ended up having... more
I recently had a chance to stay in two Sheratons in Mexico City—Maria Isabel and Centro Historico. While the Centro is newer, looks nicer and I like the location, there were many small inconveniences and stupid policies that discourage me from ever returning and from recommending it to anyone. Personally I think that the management is lacking, otherwise why neglect... more
This is a nice business class hotel on par with most new Hilton, Westin, etc. Beautiful lobby, spacious rooms, clean and comfortable beds, nice furniture and decor. The staff overall are friendly and helpful. Not everyone speaks English but most do. The location for this hotel is also very good. Easy access to all the historic sites and museums in... more
Stayed here early May with my wife for 2 nights at the start of our holiday, driving through Mexico. The hotel's location is very good: central and next to some places that provide breakfast (Starbucks and an Italian restaurant). With a location in front of the Alameda park, it`s very walkable to the Bellas Artes, the Zocalo, Plaza Garibaldi, etc.... more
I suppose when you choose to stay at a Sheraton, you do so because you know it will probably be average to above-average. This was true of my stay at the Sheraton in Mexico City's Centro Histórico. The rooms are comfortable but not anything to write home about. My bed was "good enough". I had an excellent view of the... more
I ended up here after getting stuck without a hotel room at the Fiesta Americana and calling all around and finding NOTHING else in Mexico City. I never would have thought to book this hotel, because I’m really not into huge, high rise chain hotels, but I would definitely stay here again. Location: Not bad, it was surprisingly fast to... more
Enjoyed my stay at this Sheraton which is an excellent business hotel. It has a great location right opposite a wonderfu park, a beautifullobby and the rooms are very well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The restaurants in the hotel are first class, and you can enjoy a very good buffet lunch in the first floor... more
Booked this hotel via Hotelclub.com. Paid 100 USD per night, which was very reasonable. Located in walking distance to the historical centre....a short 10 minute walk to the Zucalo. The hotel is pretty new, and the public areas are airly and stylish, which a lot of things going on. There are many restaurants, lounges and bars in the lobby. The... more
