We planned to visit El Tajin and thought the Hotel Victoria looked pleasant enough. It was the 1st of January so we didn't think there would be a problem getting a room. We stayed here for one night because Poza Rica is the greatest city near the prehispanic ruins of El Tajin, in the Mexican state of Veracruz.
