Stayed at the Francis two nights on a vacation through Cancun and Merida. The hotel is well decorated with an air of elagance. Hotel has good rooms and its in a fine location, however a little noisy at night. Not much of a warm welcome and I woudn´t bother with the restaurant- rubbish service and you get charged for it too. more
