The hotel was ok, some of the rooms have balconies and others don't so you have to make sure in advance that you request that sort of thing. Several past reviews for the "Oasis Viva Beach" clearly had complaints about the noise from the construction of a new building. Grand Oasis Viva Beach is an added wing to the regular Oasis Viva beach. The food, the pool, the staff and the lobby are the same. We basically share everything.
