Just returned from Park Royal from a stay July 2-6. Had been reading reviews on here for months so we were interested to find out for ourselves. We arrived at 12:30 and there was no wait to check in. We just returned from our trip to Cozumel. This resort is beautiful and well kept. All of the staff were very friendly. Dont expect a king size bed, even if you request one.
