I stayed at El Zalate 2 302 in APril. 2 bedroom and 2 baths. It is right on the sand and quiet because there is no swimming allowed. We are both females and this place was great. If you are stupid enough to go to a timeshare seminar on your vacation then that's your problem. We had someone come in... more

Do Not Go To this scandoloustime share,the people were real friendly until we told them we did not want to buy then they became rude and did not want to give us our 30 deposit back and would not even give us what they promised us.If this is the way way they do business please stay away more

This is a 68 unit condominium development on the beach immediately outside San Jose del Cabo. San Jose is a is about 22 miles from Cabo San Lucas but is somewhat less "touristy". The El Zalate condominium buildings are located on the highway between San Jose and Cabo San Lucas about a mile or so from San Jose. There are... more

The El Zalate condos are not timeshare units, there are 48 all together, with 2 nice pools, and a hot tub. The grounds were kept in pristine condition. Many heavy wood chaises around the pool, and several tables with umbrellas. The pool area was met by the wide, and long sandy beach. Not a swimmers beach as too rough, further... more
