I am actually here in Hermosillo right at the time I am writing this review via internet access through their room for a fee of 5.60 usd per hour, which I really dont think is bad at all. I needed a room for the night in Hermosillo,I read the reviews here,hoped for the best and booked...really not sure what to expect... I had a VERY nice stay here at this property. I'm midway through a fairly long business trip. Knowing nothing of Hermosillo, I read all the tripadvisor reviews and, with a fair amount of trepidation, made my reservation here. Whew - what a relief! Now, in November 2006, this is a very good hotel. No worries at all about booking here. I have a standard room with a king bed.... more

Stayed four nights. Simply a great stay. Food was very good at both restaurants. Room Service was very quick and accurate. Everyone on staff was friendly and very courteous. Thumbs Down, all the way. A place to avoid. The hotel looks great and superior upon your arrival in the lobby but this impression didn't last for us. I was very disapointed with the limited amenities provided by the hotel. *no internet service, no irons in room, no toiletries etc* The hotel staff was horrible and not very attentative had to request (napkins, water, coffee, spoons) several times while dining at the restaurant before someone would serve us. Like the name says, this hotel is a party for Americans. Their guest services and most of their waitstaff speak English. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The water is filtered.
