I booked this hotel for my son to stay in while in Calgary, and I have to say while the accomodations were simply OK..the staff on the other hand leaves much to be desired. When you call the hotel you are placed on hold forever, then when they finally answer they are extremely rude...you would think that people that work... more

We like this hotel as it is very reasonable. It is not new but it has everything you need. Breakfast is supplied lots of food. and if you want to warm up anything there is a Microwave in the dining room. We sometimes buy supper and then warm it up later. Very friendly and helpful staff more

We were so disgusted with this motel. When we opened the door we were greeted with 2 bags of garbage. The carpet was dirty and stained. This hotel is cheap for a reason. The room is a good size but it's dirty. I'm tempted to ask them if they know what a vaccuum is and whether or not they know how to use the crevice tool. The sign out front says the rooms are renovated but it doesn't say when - and probably for good reason.... more
