There is nothing bad we can ay about Along River Ridge. Dianne and Merrill are the perfect hosts without being intrusive. Their knowledge about the Calgary area is second to none and are more than happy to help out. The bedrooms are suberb with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The guest area downstairs has a beautiful lounge... more

After a hard day spent at the Calgary zoo we arrived at "Along River Ridge". I admit, we had trouble finding it but only because Canadians do everything the opposite to Australians(this includes driving)......N.W. has no meaning to us,,,,it does make a difference.....we were on the other side of the city but the owners were very good at giving directions........even... more

This is one of the best B&Bs I've stayed in. Quiet, well-appointed, comfortable, this is an outstanding place to stay. The downstairs rooms enjoy a private entrance, a private lounge (with pool table, hot tub, and kitchenette facilities), and the rooms themselves are superb; comfortable and very well appointed.
