I was in Edmonton for four days in January. The Varscona hotel was very nice, clean, and had everything I expected and more. We had very cold weather in Edmonton these days (almost down to -40 C!), but the hotel and my room was warm. Older building, but has been remodeled recently, and rooms and common area are very nice. Windows open for fresh air! but a bit of street noise is possible. Staff is friendly, and a 'Second Cup' coffee bar is just off of the lobby. more
