I was a bit turned off after my first phonecall to the hotel. A fellow named Matt was completely unwilling to match the prices offered on their own website. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The heater smelled a bit - probably was the first time it was on for the season. It was odd having the sink separate from the small washroom. The "steam bath" didn't work and made the washroom crowded. I would suggest calling the hotel directly to find out the best way... more

First, let me say: Clean, Quiet, and Comfortable. HOWEVER...we had a kids suite, and the sliding doors did not shut all the way. A small gap was between doors when shut. We had a King Room which was very nice and the Bedding was excellent and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and included in the price. I enjoyed the Shower and the good coffee. Will be back the next time I visit Edmonton. The Mall was 3 Blocks away. more
