We stayed here for 2 nights during a Rocky Mountaineer Vacation. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean, a typical motel type room. Furnishings could be updated. Sink area is outside the bath/toilet which gives you a little more space to dress. But there was poor water pressure in the shower. Besides a coffee maker, there was a... more

My friend and I stayed here for 1 night a few weeks ago before travelling on to Clearwater and although it's not luxurious it's got everything you need. The location is fine as it's on the main street although it's about a 10 minute walk to the main area of shops and restaurants. Don't let the 'motel' feel of the... more

Don't be put off by the 'Crossroads' look of the place. It does look like a motel, but despite this the room we had was clean, large, comfortable and came with free internet. Laundry facility was useful. Pool and hot tub looked okay, but we didn't use them. Staff were a bit morose, unlike everywhere else we had stayed up... more

We stayed in the winter, and because of that the room was a good price. I wouldnt stay in the summer ever for what you pay and get. Rooms were clean, staff was good, pool was great, location of ice machines sucked. more

We just returned from a 2 night stay at the Marmot Lodge in Jasper. For $150/night, I expect a much nicer place to stay. Room small, small TV which didn't have remote control until we asked. Front desk staff unfriendly. We found the bed hard, unlike another reviewer. Room was clean and met our basic needs but wouldn't want to... more

We (my wife and I stayed here for one night during our drive through BC. For the high price, the place is ordinary. Check in is rather late at 4pm, whereas most other hotels allow check in after 2pm. Housecleaning knocked on our door at a little after 8am. We asked them to come back after an hour. I mentioned... more

When our tour group pulled in here for 2 nights i was expecting more of a hotel than a motel. Boy was i in for a shock! My room was on the 2nd floor and the first thing i noticed is it only had Key Access. This already unnerved me as i much prefer places with the keycard computerised access.... more

We stayed here for 2 nights and thought is was just OK. The other reviews are right, it's very much like a cheap motel (but at VERY high prces)! The room was large and clean, and a had a small kitchen that we barely used. Unfortunately, there are only a few choices in Jasper, so you have to pay the... more

Had a great time in Jasper and found this hotel to be comfortable and not too far out of the townsite. It was possibly a 10 minute walk to the centre of the town. The rooms were comfortable and the staff on the reception desk were very helpful when we asked them information about getting to the Jasper Tramway. more
