We stayed for two nights in June. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The bed was soooo comfortable. (all beds in this hotel, I learned have been replaced in the last year) We had a room facing the pool - which was just great. The pool was clean and warm! The hotel staff was unbelievable. The Office Manager was... more

Total agreement with others. Dark, dated rooms severely over -priced - even for that area. When we checked in we noticed a hole in the screen and gap under the door. There had to be 50 mosquitos in the room. The girl at the front desk was nice and gave us another room along with a fan because it was so... more

Definitely the worst accommodation of our journey to Canada. The room was dirty and dark. Moreover, the only window was facing the outer corridor, forcing us to keep the curtains shut all the time. The bathroom, with a filthy floor and a really uncomfortable bathtub, was awful. Nevermore. more

I stayed for 2 nights and found the room to be comfortable, quiet and in a good location. It had all the facilities expected from a 3* hotel. It was only a short walk from the centre of Jasper. more

We stayed here for 3 nights as it had a pool. If you like retro the room was just like Bates' motel. Dark and dingy rooms- the kid's bedroom had no outside window at all. Is this legal? The kitchenette is unusable apart from making tea and sandwiches. The walls are paper thin and it did feel at times that... more

A disappoinment from the moment you pull in to the car park as this motel has a very tired and shabby appearance. On a good point our room was spacious, however the decor was old, beds uncomfortable and bedding in poor condition. The lighting was either poor or not working properly. This was particularly bad in the bathroom which was... more

We only stayed for a night but upon arrival immediately things are noticable. The outside isn't very nice to look at. Outdoor stairs to get up to the 2nd floor were quite slippery. When we entered our room you get quite a shock expecting the photo from the website. Turned on the lights and one small sconce light in the... more

The external appearance was decent, but could use some improvements. Our room was ground level, directly across from the staff residents. That was a very unpleasant view! It was very shabby & rundown looking. We had a standard room with 1 king bed. It was nice, but small. An upgraded carpet could make a big difference in general appearance in... more

Stayed here for two nights in Sep 06. The hotel is more like low rise flats as opposed to a hotel. All of the rooms are accessed from the outside as opposed to internal corridors. I had a door on the main road at the rear of the hotel opposite some residential houses, road noise was low after 2300 hours.... more
